Poking fun at the adjective overused to describe this stuff. A variety of (mostly UK) post-punk stuff, from rocking feminists to art school students and of course Nick Cave’s high school garage band. Wanted to keep it punchy and danceable for the most part. My friend Rick Taylor of DC’s We Fought the Big One later gave me a really kind compliment about this one, but I kinda threw it together at the time.
